Family Trip

This time the Chiengs travel to 3 major places in the peninsular, Singapore, Penang and lastly KL.

Singapore
-Arcade hunting in Hau Kang and Bugis Junction. I had a blast playing at the arcade. They have the new guitar machine thing, drum machine, turning table machine which is super cool. And of course my favourite, the DDR machine (seems im more incline to the musical machine.. ^^). Too bad photos are not allowed to be taken in this area.
-Visit Kuku
-Stayed at YWCA 2 nights and another 2 nights at Uncle Wen Bin's.
-Visited National Museum of Singapore with free entrance (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. too bad no picture allowed). Normally it is charge per entry per area of Museum. One day visit to the museum not enough because it is so melancholic-ly designed. You'll fall in love with the musuem like how i did.

Penang
Penang was ok la. I get to go to Edric's mom's stall and taste her Hokkien Mee. Spicy but I like. I went on parasailing too. Fu yoo!! I love it. Wanna do it again.
Got on cable car to Penang Hill.
Rented a car and drove all the way to mainland but diverted on the highway to KL but manage to turn back and got lost in Georgetown.
Hiked hill in Youth Park.
Stayed in Bayview Hotel, Georgetown.
Walked for Bayview Hotel to Gurney Drive. Can you imagine?

Kuala Lumpur
-Nothing new cause I've been to these places. However, in KL, it's my first time stepping to Damansara area where The Curve, IKEA and TESCO is. I like the area.

-Oh ya, went to Wesley Methodist Church in KL with Reuben and met his group of friends. After New Year/midnight service, went to McD in chi chiong kai for supper. Next day tired...

-Shopping at Sungei Wang is rather stressful cause of people crowding for New Year shopping. Dah la the siling is so low. Went back early

-Reuben met us at KL Sentral and then dinner at Jassals
-Stayed in Le Meridian. Super cool Hotel...

When I got to KL I got tired of photo taking actually. We had dinner with Uncle Wen Ming too. Kinda regret not taking any pictures. My head was in the air, flu, tired and felt misearable. Oh ya! We even went to Red Box and sing karoake in The Curve. hehehe... gara-gara Sharon wanna go la. Three hours singing karaoke instead of going shopping..It's a good trip. But last trip beats this.
